SHIPPING/RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with PRBLMSOCIETY. When it comes to shipping, please keep in mind we are a small business. Unlike larger companies, we cannot get orders at your doorstep within 2 days. Please allow for 2-3 weeks for orders to be processed and delivered. PLEASE USE LOG IN FEATURE TO KEEP DIRECT TRACK OF YOUR ORDER HISTORY.  After you checkout, please note that all paid orders are automatically in fulfillment and being produced. You will instantly be sent an email or text message with your confirmation and order number. We recommend checking out via email. The confirmation lets you know you are all set. If you wish to cancel an order make sure to contact @prblmsociety on Instagram or email us for further assistance. Please be mindful that refunds are ineligible for orders that are currently in transit/production

FAILED DELIVERY: While placing an order please be sure the shipping information is accurate and correctly listed. PRBLMSOCIETY is not responsible for packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address ("RETURN TO SENDER"). If packages fail to deliver due to address issues, your items will be on hold once recollected, for 1week. If no further actions are taken after this grace period items will not be returned.

If a package is deemed to be stolen or lost, please contact support for further assistance.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please know all items are printed on demand, therefore returns and exchanges are not available at this time. Yet, items are eligible for replacement if they has been damaged or were produced incorrectly. In such matters, we will gladly replace your item. Still, please contact us if an item does not work out as expected and we will visit your concern to the best of our ability. 

ALL CONCERNS/ISSUES MUST BE EXPRESSED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
