Refund policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please know all items are printed on demand, therefore returns and exchanges are not available at this time for items in transit/production. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Yet, items are eligible for replacement if they has been damaged or were produced incorrectly. In such matters, we will gladly replace your item. Still, please contact us if an item does not work out as expected and we will visit your concern to the best of our ability. Please make sure all information submitted is correct!
FAILED DELIVERY: While placing an order please be sure the shipping information is accurate and correctly listed. PRBLMSOCIETY is not responsible for packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address ("RETURN TO SENDER"). If packages fail to deliver due to address issues, your items will be on hold once recollected, for 1week. If no further actions are taken after this grace period items will not be returned.
